On the Deben, areas from Debenham to Ufford are at risk, including Framsden, Earl Soham, Easton, Bromeswell Glevering and Wickham Market.

For the lark, residents in Witnesham, Tuddenham St Martin, Playford and Grundisburgh should be aware.

The Environment Agency said it is not expecting the situation to escalate or that any further warnings would be issued.

The dry conditions forecast for today should allow the river levels to return to normal.

The agency advised people to take care on riverside footpaths and to not get into unneccessary danger.
