Motorcyclist injured after crash involving car in Ipswich Road, between Gosbeck and Crowfield, near Needham Market




A motorcyclist was injured after a crash involving a car.

Police were alerted at about 12.40pm to the collision in Ipswich Road, between Gosbeck and Crowfield, near Needham Market.

A police spokesperson said a motorcyclist was injured.

A critical care team, from the emergency medical charity SARS, attended.

A spokesperson said a patient was assessed at the scene before being left in the care of the East of England Ambulance Service.

“Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening,” they said.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said an ambulance, rapid response vehicle and ambulance officer vehicle were sent to the scene.

They said a man was assessed at the scene and did not require transportation to hospital.
