Body found in Newmarket High Street flat

The body of a woman has been discovered in a High Street flat in Newmarket.
It was found on Wednesday. Police were called at around 5.20pm after concerns were raised by neighbouring shop owners and had to force their way into the premises.
The women, believed to be in her 50s, has not yet been identified but her body was thought to have lain undiscovered in the flat for several days.
The coroner has been informed and although the death is being treated as unexplained it is not thought to be suspicious.
