Bury St Edmunds restaurant shortlisted for Best Mexican Establishment at The Food Awards England

A restaurant has been shortlisted for an award at The Food Awards England in the category of Best Mexican Establishment.

Amigos in Brentgovel Street in Bury St Edmunds has been listed as a possible winner of the award and will be up against five other establishments in its category.

The event welcomes top professionals of the country’s food sector that provide delicious dishes, the freshest of products and rich menus.

It will also showcase food suppliers, servers and manufacturers, with a black tie awards event scheduled for Manchester in June to decide the winners.

Spokesperson for The Food Awards England said: “England offers a wide range of places that serve world cuisines. The finalists were voted for by the public for providing authentic recipes and unique dishes to their diners, creating memorable experiences for both residents and visitors.
