Woman taken to hospital after being hit by car just outside Exning
A pedestrian was taken to hospital today with a dislocated shoulder after she was hit by a car just outside Exning.
The woman, in her 50s, was hit on Burwell Road near Hill Farm at around 1.50pm.
A spokesman from Suffolk Police said the woman was hit by a Kia Sportage.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called and the woman was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, after suffering a dislocated shoulder.
The scene has since been cleared and the road is open.
The police spokesman said anyone with any information about the incident should call 101 quoting incident number 250 of today.
