Youths charged with attacking 16-year-old boy in Mildenhall




Four teenagers have been charged with assault after allegedly attacking a 16-year-old boy in Mildenhall.

On February 1 the boy was walking along a pathway off Recreation Way near the social club and football ground when he was approached by a group of people and punched and kicked him.

During the attack, his mobile phone was taken. He was taken to West Suffolk Hospital's accident and emergency for treatment and later released.

Eighteen-year-old Lewis Falco, of Bridge End Road in Red Loge, has been charged with assault along with 19-year-old Aaron Claydon, of Aspal Lane in Bury St Edmunds, Lucas Falco, 18, of Willow Park, and a 14-year-old boy from Bury St Edmunds.

The four have been bailed. Claydon has been ordered to appear at Suffolk Magistrates' Court on April 1, and Lucas and Lewis Falco are set to appear in court on May 12.

The 14-year-old boy, who cannot be identified because of his age, has been told to appear before Suffolk Youth Court on March 5.
