Star filly Enable stretched her legs on Newmarket's Warren Hill this morning ahead of her bid to to become only the second horse since 1978 to take successive runnings of Europe’s most prestigious race, the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, for the second successive year.

The daughter of Nathaniel did a couple of routine canters under the watchful eye of her trainer John Gosden and will be heading for France tonight ahead of Sunday's big race for which she has been given an ideal draw in stall six and currently heads the market.

"On her form of last year she is a worthy favourite," said Gosden, "she has had a prep race and she is ready to go, she has not had the ideal preparation but I am happy with her." And he added: "If she is in good order after the Arc strong consideration will be given to the Breeders' Cup Turf."

As for the other stable stars, Cracksman, Stradivarius, Roaring Lion, Lah Ti Dar and Coronet, who were also all out on Warren Hill this morning, they arel headed to Ascot for the QIPCO Champions' meeting later this month.
