Mildenhall Town supporter Jarrod Barton picks out his three favourites players

It has been somewhat of an up and down period for Mildenhall Town in recent seasons.

From the highs of winning a league and cup double to finishing bottom and being relegated – their fans have experienced it all. Here, supporter Jarrod Barton selects his top three players from down the years.

Josh Pope

Mr Consistent. There have been so many memorable moments from Josh over the years – from heroic saves to scoring a penalty in a shootout.

Overall a he is great guy, and a great goalkeeper as well.

Josh and his family always get a warm welcome when they visit the Hall these days.

Luke Butcher

I had to put Luke in because he's been a great captain and leader over the years.

His performances in the double-winning season were brilliant and during his spells on the sidelines he was really missed.

A really top bloke on and off the pitch for us at Mildenhall.

Chris Bacon

Bakes really added some class up top when we needed it .

A very streetwise forward (he certainly knew how to win a free-kick) who seemed to be in the right place at the right time.

A real winner on the pitch and a placid, friendly guy off it too.
