Martin becomes a Jockey

A busy period in terms of incomings at Newmarket Town has continued with the arrival of Robbie Martin.

Player-boss Michael Shinn has made a handful of signings in recent weeks, with Casey Phillips, Callum Harrison and Matt Hayden all signing on the dotted line at the Bloorie.com Stadium.

And they have now been joined by experienced winger Martin, who has come in from Bostik League Premier Division side Harlow Town.

Martin has made 11 appearances for Harlow this term, scoring one goal and laying on two more for his team-mates.

The attacker has played for a number of different clubs, including AFC Sudbury. During his two spells with the Yellows Martin featured on 111 occasions and scored six goals.
