Soham A142 crash: Family pay tribute to victim Joshua Bendall




The family of the victim of a fatal crash that took place over the Suffolk border have paid an emotional tribute to him.

Joshua Bendall, 40 of Barway Road in Soham, Cambridgeshire, died after his Kawasaki motorcycle was involved in a crash with a Volvo XC90 on the A142 at around 9pm on April 6.

His family said: "Josh was a much-loved father to three wonderful children. All of his family and friends are heartbroken by his death, and his loss leaves a large hole in all our hearts.

"We believe that he is now in God’s love and keeping," they added.

A woman, 56 from Soham, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

She has since been released on bail until May 10.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage should call Cambridgeshire Constabulary on 101, quoting incident 531 of April 6.
