Vehicle pushed to safety by Suffolk firefighters as Potters Bridge in Reydon, near Southwold, floods





Firefighters were called to rescue two people whose vehicle was stuck in water last night.

Three crews from Lowestoft South, one from Southwold, and one from Woodbridge responded to reports of a vehicle in water at 9.33pm on Potters Bridge in Reydon.

Firefighters found two people in the car which was in about 18 inches of water.

They pushed the vehicle to safety out of the water.

The incident was resolved at 10.22pm.
