A trailer detached from a vehicle single in a crash this afternoon.

Police were called about the incident on the A144 Bramfield Road northbound at Halesworth, near Southwold, at 2.26pm.

The trailer had detached from the vehicle following the incident and required recovery.

The scene was cleared by 3.46pm.
