Two drug driving arrests made in Blackmill Road and Victoria Street, Southwold, on consecutive days




Two drug driving arrests were made on consecutive days in a coastal town.

The first was on Sunday in Blackmill Road, Southwold, where a man in his 40s was stopped.

He was then arrested on suspicion of drug driving and driving without insurance.

The following day a woman in her 40s was stopped by police in Victoria Street, with she and her vehicle searched.

Cannabis was found by officers and she was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.

Both were released under investigation pending test results.
