Sole Bay Fish Company in Southwold reopens after devastating fire

A fish and chip shop in Suffolk that was engulfed by a massive blaze last month has now reopened.

The Sole Bay Fish Company in Southwold revealed that they are ‘over the moon’ to be serving customers again following a large fire at Blackshore Quay on Monday, May 1.

Mrs T’s Fish and Chips and eight fishermen huts were also affected by the blaze in the area and about 55 firefighters battled the flames after a number of gas cylinders exploded.
