Stowmarket Police issue dispersal order after reports of anti-social behaviour and harassment
A dispersal order was implemented in a Suffolk town over the weekend after reports of anti-social behaviour.
Police in Stowmarket said they had received a number of complaints regarding disruptive behaviour involving a group of young people in the town centre.
Officers enforced a dispersal order as a result, allowing them to remove anyone from within the exclusion area if they were thought to be responsible for anti-social behaviour.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Constabulary said measures were also implemented due to alleged harassment of individuals.
The order has now ended.
