Reward put up for Buddy the skunk missing from Little Stonham

A reward has been offered for a missing pet skunk that has been on the run in Suffolk for more than a month.

Although there have been sightings of Buddy, who is owned by Emily Tilbrook, from Little Stonham, over that time he still remains at large since he got out of his enclosure on February 21.

His owner, who runs Em'z Exotic Encounters, said she would just like him to come home.

“I am glad we had a sighting the other week and so grateful to the farmer who let us wonder around for a few days to search for him. Knowing he is still alive brings me relief,” she added.

“If people can keep an eye out between 7:30pm and 8:30pm, spot him and call me, I will come out straight away – it does not matter what time they see him.

“Looking at his enclosure everyday breaks my heart not knowing he will greet me at the door when I feed him or say hello to me when I come home from work.

“He is not just any pet he was my first exotic mammal and he had a special place in my heart. I just want my baby boy home.”

Anyone who does spot Buddy is asked to not try and catch him themselves and to call Emily on 0330 124 2004.
