Multiple fire crews attend building blaze in Hobbies Lane, Mendlesham, near Stowmarket

Multiple fire crews have been called to a building blaze in a village near Stowmarket.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at about 6pm to the incident at a single-storey commercial building, in Hobbies Lane, Mendlesham.

Five engines - three from Suffolk and two from Norfolk - are at the scene and four are on standby.

A spokesperson said it was a 50 metre by 10 metre building fire.
