A planning application has been submitted for homeware and garden furniture retailer The Range’s new distribution centre at a multi-million pound business park.

The facility will occupy a 1.2 million square foot warehouse at The Gateway 14 site in Stowmarket.

The reserved matters application, from Gateway 14 Ltd, is the next step in development after a £200m investment by the retailer to help meet consumer demand in the South and South East.

Development is planned to start in January 2023 and will be completed later in the year.
