Stowmarket pizzeria Biga Napoletana celebrates three years of business

Family-run pizza business Biga Napoletana is celebrating its third year of business in Stowmarket.

After opening its first store in Bury Street, the business has continued to grow with the opening of Passione D’Amore in The Old Fox Yard.

Husband and wife owners, Tom and Sylwia Polnisiak, have also opened a third pizza spot in their hometown in Poland which is run by their close family.

In a message to customers on social media, the couple said: “We are so happy that you enjoy our food so much – it's thanks to you that we can grow.

“We would like to inform you that this is not the end and we have many surprises and exciting projects for you and we hope to organise it by the end of this year.

“We want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your trust and support of our businesses because without you, we wouldn't be here.”
