Rail services between Norwich and Ipswich via Stowmarket disrupted after person hit by train
Rail passengers are set to experience disruption to services through Suffolk this afternoon after a person was hit by a train.
Greater Anglia said a short time ago that services running to and from Norwich and Stowmarket may be cancelled, delayed or revised after the incident.
The company warned that disruption was expected until further notice.
Meanwhile, a statement on the National Rail website said disruption between Ipswich and Norwich was expected until about 6.30pm.
It adds that as all lines are currently closed, trains may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
