A classic motorcycle show in Long Melford has been described as the best one ever by organisers.
John Walker, treasurer of the Monks Eleigh Bygones Collectors Club, was delighted with the turnout at the eighth annual Suffolk Classic Bike Show, with 400 bikes going on display to 900 visitors on the day.
Biking enthusiasts came from across the country to see the show, enjoy a barbecue and look around the auto jumble.
The event took place at the Royal British Legion Hall in Long Melford, with all proceeds – hoped to be around £200 – going to the Royal British Legion.
“We had a brilliant time,” said Mr Walker. “It was the best one ever.
“It kicks the season off as it’s the first in this area.”
