Crews called to fire in Nayland

The fire service was called following a blaze at a wood stack in Nayland last night.

Crews were sent from Colchester, Hadleigh, Nayland, Sudbury and Long Melford just after 7pm to the fire in Gravel Hill.

The wood stack was around 5mx10m in size.

Crews used two hose reels and breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
