Emergency services attend rooftop fire in Chapel Lane, Little Cornard, near Sudbury

Emergency services are currently attending a rooftop fire.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue was called to the incident at a house in Chapel Lane, Little Cornard, near Sudbury, at 3.22pm.

Four engines are currently in attendance, with crews using hose reel jets to fight the blaze.

Eight engines were initially called to the incident, from Colchester, Halstead, Hadleigh, Sudbury, Long Melford, Clare and Haverhill.
