Great Waldingfield stubble fire sees four crews attend

Four fire crews were called to the scene of a stubble fire in Great Waldingfield.

One engine from Hadleigh, two from Sudbury, and and one from Long Melford were called to Badley Road at 2.15pm.

A spokesperson for Suffolk service said the fire involved ‘a farming vehicle and stubble’.

The blaze is understood to have been contained.
