Long Melford’s Beauty Cave to welcome new holistic health practice Raising Vibrations to spread message of positive internal energy

A wellness practitioner hopes to spread awareness about the importance of holistic health and positive energy, as she prepares to open her new practice.

Raising Vibrations will launch at The Beauty Cave in Long Melford next month, with a focus on self-energy healing.

The enterprise has been set up by Tina Gore, who will initially focus on reiki when it opens on June 21, with plans to expand into further therapies in the future.

Tina explained that the principle of reiki healing is based on balancing a person’s overall energy, by helping reach a state of total relaxation.

She told SuffolkNews that using the method to create positive energy had helped give her the confidence to start up Raising Vibrations and make it a success.

“I am focusing on my reiki practice initially,” Tina said. “Reiki has changed my life, and the gentle way it works with your body is beautifully relaxing.

“My experiences with giving reiki to people is pretty incredible – it is relaxation like people have never experienced before. It kick-starts the self-healing process, which continues way after the session has ended.

“The overall message I want to get out there is being aware of your energy, and how it can change so much for you, your outlook and your general health. Reiki is a good way to start your journey towards that.”

Long-term, Tina also aims to collaborate with other practitioners based within The Beauty Cave to provide holistic offerings.

She is also planning to hold workshops with a Qi Gong instructor – again with the goal of promoting positive internal energy and relaxation.

With the launch just a few weeks away, Tina added: “I am excited about Raising Vibrations opening, and have some fantastic introductory offers.

“I know that it is such a worthwhile venture and to be able to bring this awareness to people is an honour. I feel really lucky to have his opportunity to work alongside Naomi and the team at The Beauty Cave.”
