Nine fire engines attending house fire in Little Cornard, near Sudbury, with crews from Haverhill and Long Melford




Nine fire engines are tackling a house blaze in a Suffolk village.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue was called to the incident at a converted barn in Chapel Lane, Little Cornard, near Sudbury, at 3.22pm today.

Crews are using hose reel jets to fight the blaze.

A spokesperson for Suffolk Fire and Rescue said that there were ten appliances but one has returned and that the building is all alight.

The incident is still ongoing.
