They both appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on October 5, and they are next scheduled to appear for a pre-trial preparation hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court on November 1.

A third person, a 27-year-old man from Slough, who has also been arrested in connection with the investigation, is on bail until Monday, December 2.

Officers investigating the thefts say they have recovered a significant amount of property, which is believed to have been stolen during these incidents, and they are keen to return them to their owners.
