In today's podcast, police have released bodycam footage showing the terrifying moment a crazed gunman pointed a shotgun at officers.

Pcs Jordan Tuck and Peter French were nominated for Police Bravery Awards after rescuing three children from the armed man at an address near Sudbury. The pair were honoured at yesterday’s awards held in London.

The man appeared at Ipswich Crown Court and admitted firearms charges along with a string of other offences.

Controversial plans to reduce free parking across south Suffolk will now not come into force in January.

The plans to cut free car parking to just one hour in Babergh are set to be postponed, alongside a shake-up of the authority’s cabinet.
