Police are looking to speak to a man with Suffolk links in connection with dog thefts last year.
Essex Police has launched an appeal for Wayne Clarke, 39, of Halstead.
He was described as 6ft 2in, with an average build and has connections to both Suffolk and Essex.
This follows the theft of two dogs, a red mini poodle and a chocolate-coloured Cockapoo, in November.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should get in touch with Essex Police, quoting crime reference, 42/184370/24.
