Little Waldingfield The Street closed after burst water main floods road
A road in a Suffolk village is blocked this afternoon after a burst water main caused flooding.
The Street in Little Waldingfield, near Sudbury, is closed and drivers are being asked to divert due to the water on the road.
According to an eyewitness, the burst happened at about 10am and has left some residents without running water.
Anglian Water technicians are at the scene and the company's website states the issue should be resolved by tomorrow.
According to the Anglian Water website, burst water main issues in Milden and the surrounding areas should be sorted by 5pm today.
The website also states that the specific issue at Little Waldingfield will be fixed by tomorrow (February 28).
They asked residents to contact them on 03457 145 145 to report any issues, including low water pressure or having no water at all.
