Billie Whitelaw’s first role was on radio at the age of 11.

Famous for films including The Omen, she won a Bafta for best supporting actress in 1969 for her roles in Twisted Nerve and Charlie Bubbles and was most recently seen in the 2007 comedy Hot Fuzz.
