Woman arrested after Sudbury incident where man hit by car in Great Eastern Road

A 27-year-old woman was arrested after a man was hit by a car in Sudbury.

The man, a pedestrian, suffered a serious leg injury when he was struck by a car at 4pm on Monday, February 12 in Great Eastern Road.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested yesterday on suspicion of assault and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

She was bailed until March 26.
