Wrestling promoter steps into ring

Wrestling promoter Dann Read stepped into the ring on Friday, 16 years after an accident changed his life for ever.

The 32-year-old, from Second Avenue, Sudbury, was left temporarily paralysed when training in 1999 and decided to become a promoter instead.

He took part in XWA Wrestling at the Delphi centre.
