High Lodge Forest Centre staying open during lockdown
Visitors will still be able to use High Lodge Forest Centre for exercise and spend time outdoors during lockdown.
The site in Thetford Forest, which is the UK’s largest man made lowland forest, is a popular destination for walking and cycling and forest management director for East England, Alex Brearley said people are still welcome to enjoy it.
He said: "Our teams have worked so hard to ensure that people can come to High Lodge and enjoy fresh air and exercise safely during these challenging times.
"Spending time outdoors is so important for our health and wellbeing."
The car park, toilets and play areas are open, the café is open for takeaway service, but bike hire is unavailable and Go Ape is closed during the lockdown.
