Man in 70s taken to hospital with serious injuries after three-vehicle collision in London Road in Thetford as Norfolk Police appeal

A man in his 70s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a three-vehicle collision in a town.

The incident was on Saturday at 10.22am in London Road, Thetford, near the junction with Caxton Way.

A white Mercedes van driving towards the town centre collided with a blue Seat Leon and a red Ford Ranger travelling in the opposite direction.

The van driver, a man in his 70s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage.
