Norfolk Police seizes nearly £1 million in cannabis from commercial unit in Howlett Way, Thetford

Officers have seized nearly £1 million in cannabis from an address in Thetford.

Norfolk Police attended a commercial unit, in Howlett Way, last Friday after a ‘strong smell’ was reported in the area.

About 1,000 plants, at various stages of growth, were discovered alongside growing equipment.

A spokesman for Breckland Police said all the plants in the building were seized.

Inquiries are ongoing.
