Norfolk Police appeal after displays damaged and World War Two items stolen from Desert Rats Museum in Ickburgh, near Thetford




Police have launched an appeal after displays were damaged and a large quantity of World War Two items were stolen from a military museum near Thetford.

The incident was between Friday and Saturday at Desert Rats Museum in High Ash, Ickburgh.

The culprits forced entry into the museum, made an untidy search, damaged displays and stole a large quantity of memorabilia from World War Two.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, has dashcam footage of the area from that night, or has seen the stolen items since Saturday.
