Aqua Sana Forest Spa at Center Parcs in Elveden Forest near Thetford and Mildenhall given brand refresh with new leadership

A spa in a Suffolk forest that underwent a £6.5 million transformation last year has been given a brand refresh and appointed new leadership.

Aqua Sana at Center Parcs in Elveden, near Thetford and Mildenhall, was closed from January to September 2023 for a major refurbishment.

It has now been rebranded to Aqua Sana Forest Spa with Laura Freeman appointed as group spa manager.

Ms Freeman, who has 18 years of experience in the industry, said: “Since I started with the business 10 years ago, I have had the opportunity to work across several areas of the business and really get under the skin of Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

“From heading up our largest spa at Woburn Forest to now leading six teams, I’m so grateful to be stepping into this role at such a pivotal time and look forward to this next challenge.”

Aqua Sana Forest Spa features 25 spa experiences inspired by the natural world, including hot springs, forest glades, mineral caves and more.

Stuart Angus, director of spa, said: “Over the last five years, we have been transforming a number of our spas into our Forest Spa concept.

"As we have evolved our offering, we felt now was the right time to also evolve our branding to better reflect who we are."

There are also new menu options for guests in the Vitalé Café Bar, including build-your-own salads.
