Thetford’s Paul Mindy Photography crowned Specialist Photographer of the Year at the Prestige Awards

A Thetford wedding photographer who has had his images featured on ITV and the BBC has been crowned Specialist Photographer of the Year for the London and South East Region at the Prestige Awards.

Paul Mindy, of Paul Mindy Photography, was praised by the judges for his ‘technical expertise and eye for the perfect photo’ as he picked up his trophy on September 2.

Judges chose the winners of the awards on their marketing and branding, business growth methods, customer experience, and approach to new ideas.

Paul said: “I am truly honored and humbled to be recognised as Specialist Photographer of the Year. This award is a testament to the passion and dedication I pour into my craft.

“It's a reminder that when you follow your heart and pursue your dreams, the results can be both rewarding and breathtaking."

Paul is no stranger to winning awards, having won the Best Aerial Photography Company in the East Anglia category of the SME UK Enterprise Awards, with his company Norfolk Drones, last year.

For this year’s accolade, judges for the Prestige Awards, said “He has forged strong expertise in wedding day photography in recent years. Having a developed a natural ability and keen eye for the perfect shot from a young age, Paul can capture every significant moment on the happy couple’s special day.
