Thetford stabbing: Trial date set for teenagers accused of attempted murder

The trial date for two teenagers accused of stabbing a man in Thetford has been set.

Elvis Price, 18, of Amulet Close, and a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear before Norwich Crown Court on September 30.

The pair were charged with attempted murder after a man in his 30s suffered multiple stab wounds on March 10.

Price denied the charge alongside an additional charge of possession of a bladed article at a plea hearing at Norwich Crown Court yesterday.

The 17-year-old has not entered a plea.

The youngest defendant made headlines last month after going on the run from police after his arrest in Kent.

He was later rearrested in Cambridge.

The pair first appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on April 25.
