Breckland Police seize unsupervised learner driver’s car in Thetford and hand out speeding tickets to motorists in Munford Road

Officers seized an unsupervised learner driver’s vehicle and handed out speeding tickets to two motorists in a town.
A learner driver was stopped by Breckland Police in Thetford over the weekend and was reported for not having anyone supervising them.
A Breckland Police spokesperson said their car was also seized because it was uninsured.
Officers additionally completed speed checks on the 30mph section of Mundford Road in Thetford.
Tickets were issued to two drivers - one going at 42mph and the other at 46mph.
A Breckland Police spokesperson added they provided advisory words to drivers who were going over the speed limit but were not moving fast enough to get a ticket.
