Suffolk Art Society to stage autumn exhibition at St Edmundsbury Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds




If you’re looking to bring colour to your kitchen, beauty to that blank wall or simply looking to liven up your lounge, you will be spoilt for choice when Suffolk Art Society holds its autumn exhibition in the majestic surroundings of St Edmundsbury Cathedral this month.

About 60 members of the society, who all come from across East Anglia, will be exhibiting their talent at the cathedral, in Bury St Edmunds, between October 24 and November 1.

Membership to the society is by selection, so high quality is assured and their work covers a wide variety of subjects in many different mediums.

All the paintings in the exhibition will be for sale and 20 per cent of the net proceeds will go to St Nicholas Hospice Care.

Entry is free and the exhibition is open 9.30am to 5pm, except October 24 when it's open 1-5pm, October 26, midday to 3.15pm and November 1, 9.30am to 4pm.
