Convicted murderer Daniel Barker absconds from Hollesley Bay, near Woodbridge
A convicted murderer has absconded from a Suffolk prison.
Daniel Barker, 34, was reported missing from Hollesley Bay after he was absent during a roll call.
Barker, who was convicted of murder in 2005 whilst he was a teenager, is serving a life sentence.
He has links to Bradford, West Yorkshire.
He was described as white, 5ft5 and with a skinny build.
He has short dark hair and a scar on the crown of his head.
Officers urged the public not to approach him and should call 999 immediately if they spot him.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Suffolk Police on 101.
