Sutton Hoo near Woodbridge announces closure due to forecasted high winds from Storm Debi

A Suffolk historical attraction has announced it is closed today due to the latest storm.

Sutton Hoo, near Woodbridge, said it had shut due to the forecasted high winds caused by Storm Debi.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the Sutto Hoo account said it would re-open as soon as it can.

It comes as parts of the UK have been issued with weather warnings.
