Snape heating oil theft prompts further Suffolk Police reminder for residents to review the security of their tanks




An estimated 1,100 litres of heating oil has been stolen from a home in Snape.

The theft from the tank took place at a property in Aldeburgh Road, between 8am on Wednesday, March 9 and Friday, March 11.

Suffolk Police is reminding residents to review the security of their tanks following a spate of theft of similar incidents in the county.

An estimated 1,200 litres of heating was stolen from a home in Brockford last week.
