Renewed appeal to trace Hollesley Bay prison absconder who has been missing for two weeks
Police are still looking to trace a prisoner who absconded from Hollesley Bay, near Woodbridge , earlier this month.
Officers have issued a renewed appeal for help to find John Biddle, 22, who was reported missing at about 12.20pm on Wednesday, August 12, after he could not be located after a roll call.
He is serving a seven-year and two-month sentence for burglary, possession of an offensive weapon, theft and driving with no insurance offences.
Biddle is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build and with blond hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to have links to Somersham in Cambridge, Tattershall in Lincolnshire and Hampton Vale in Peterborough.
Anyone who thinks they have seen Biddle or who has any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Suffolk Police on 101, quoting reference 221 of August 12.
