Woodbridge Tide Mill to hold magical festive light show, The Spirit of Christmas - Son et Lumiere
A Suffolk mill is set to transform into a magical world of light and sound this festive season as part of a Christmas show.
Woodbridge Tide Mill will be welcoming visitors to The Spirit of Christmas - Son et Lumière event, on December 22, which will see stunning visuals projected onto the side of the mill.
Suffolk musicians will perform for crowds as well as an appearance from the Woodbridge Rotary Club with their annual carol concert.
Following on from the success of The Beowulf Festival 2018, the display will show how the Tide Mill makes flour, shown through original architectural drawings.
Clare Perkins, Choose Woodbridge director, said: “We cannot wait to magically transport Woodbridge into a Christmassy world.
“It will be great to see the town and local musicians coming together to celebrate both our fantastic Tide Mill and the festive season.
“Just like for our Christmas lights in the town centre, we are incredibly thankful for the support of local businesses in helping us put the event together.”
More information on the event, which starts at 6.30pm on December 22, can be found on the Choose Woodbridge website.
