Woman treated for arm burns following kitchen fire in New Street, Woodbridge

A woman was taken to a hospital to be treated for burns following a property fire.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a kitchen fire in New Street, Woodbridge, at 10.09am
Crews from Woodbridge and Princes Street used a dry powder extinguisher to tackle the blaze, which was dealt with just before 11am.
The ambulance service was called to the scene a little later at 10.30am.
A woman, who suffered burns to her arm, was transported to Ipswich Hospital.
The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
