A yellow weather warning is in place for strong winds which could cause some disruption in Suffolk.
The Met Office has issued the wind warning for the east coastline, near Aldeburgh, as well as southern parts of the country.
It will be in place until midnight and gusts of 50mph are expected – with some coastal spots potentially reaching up to 70mph.
The strong winds will come with heavy showers with the possibility of hail and thunder.
There is a small chance the weather will cause power cuts and that roads and bridges could be closed.
The Met Office is advising people in the area to secure their garden furniture, bins, trampolines and fences.
