Kesgrave drug dealer David Lawrence jailed for 30 months
A drug dealer from Kesgrave has been jailed and fined for dealing cannabis and cocaine.
David Lawrence, 58, of Gowers Close, was jailed for 30 months at Ipswich Crown Court on Wednesday, having pleaded guilty during an earlier hearing.
The court was told a raid was conducted at Lawrence’s home on November 3, during which nearly 45 grams of cocaine, £1,000 cash and a small quantity of cannabis were seized.
Lawrence was arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, namely cocaine, as well as possession of cannabis and criminal property.
The judge sentenced him to 30 months in prison for drug supply, plus six months for possessing criminal property, to be served concurrently.
He was also fined £50 for possession of cocaine.
